Where and how did you jump the dead battery? Under the hood? If so, ARE YOU ABSOLUTELY SURE YOU CONNECTED THE CABLES CORRECTLY?
For example, the red or positive cable goes to the forward, red covered connection on the fuse box. The black, or negative cable, is connected to the driver's side strut tower bolt that is marked with a "-" negative sign. YOU DO NOT CONNECT THE NEGATIVE CABLE TO THE OTHER "TOWER" (ON THE REAR) OF THE FUSE BOX. THAT WILL BLOW YOUR POWER STEERING FUSE (60 amp, I believe).

I think I did hook it up back wards like you said, I found the fuse! it is marked psm( power steering motor) it is the number 1 fuse under the hood fuse box, every thing works now thanks. By the way I looked for a 60amp fuse was not there because someone else must of did the same thing but they put a 40amp in it's place.
