P0011,P0013 P0014 P0016 I HAVE LOOK THEM ALL UP but all in all need a simpel brake down on what i need to fix. please 2011 hhr

First thing to do is remove the valve cover and inspect the timing chain. It should be tight, any looseness is bad. All those codes are related to timing.

All the codes you list indicate the timing chain is stretched and or the front guide is damaged.
