Multiple CEL, car stalls consistently.
Did anyone suggest checking the wires going to the crankshaft sensor or the fuse? P0335 is the crankshaft CIRCUIT problem; if the crankshaft sensor isn't working obviously there will be a correlation problem. CIRCUIT implies either a compromised wire or a bad sensor.
Hard to believe no shop is willing to charge you $1,000 for a 3 hour job.

I also had trouble finding a shop to do chains. They’re all busy out here so between raking it in doing easy stuff and the anxiety and risk of having a marginally competent employee screwing up a job resulting in a wrecked engine, I guess we shouldn’t be too surprised. I found a guy that had a place to work, was smart, and wanted to learn, so I worked with him. Blind leading the blind, as it was a first for me too. Had I beat the bushes a little harder I would have found one of the hidden mechanics who don’t need a marketing program or a visible location and will send you packing if they think you’ll be any trouble at all.
My trick is , remove the chains and the camshafts, this leaves the valves closed, I then remove the spark plugs, now I turn the crankshaft, I feel for any air getting pushed out of the spark plug holes. No air equals bent valves . Not a huge headache, just more money and wrench turning!
