Talking to friend of mine and he realized that everything that is working, headlights, horn and rear hatch are things that work without the key on. Everything that isn't working needs the key on. He thinks ignition switch, I will try one.

Check fuses #8 and #10 on the BCM.

Fuses #8 and #10 are good, ignition switch did not help.

Your car is outside of the warranty period. There is no need to take it to a Chevy dealer.

Have you tried jump starting it? It is possible that the battery can read good with a multimeter but have a dead cell that won't start the car. AutoZone in my area will take the battery, charge it, and test it and tell you if it is good or not. Do not assume that just because the battery is newish that there is nothing wrong with it. They come with warranties for a reason.
