No high beams
I recently had the clock spring replaced, about a month later drivers side headlight went out so while on a dark road I tried the high beams to discover that every time I switch on the high beams the headlights go out altogether.
Is it a coincidence that this happened since having the steering wheels apart for the clock spring repair? This is the first time I've had occasion to use the high beams since the repair so I'm not sure if they were working after. I've replaced the headlight bulb and still, when I try the high beams the lights go completely dark.

It could be, but rather than start tearing things apart, check the easy things first:
1) the fuse for high beams
2) the High beam relay - just swap it with the low beam relay (they should be the same units)
ps: your other post regarding this issue was deleted so as to not cause confusion over multiple posts

The clockspring doesn't have anything to do with the high beam switch
If somebody screwed with the connection to the stalk, I'm not sure that would interfere with only the high beams.
This might help, looks to me like the relay is the culprit.
