Noisy roof (headliner)

Well for a while now my headliner had been making alot of rattling noise, right in back of the sun roof.
took it in this morning, and now its finished.

problem was, the headliners on this car(so they say), are velcro'd in, not glued... the only thing glued is the velcro strips that hold the liner up to the roof..

well for some reason either mine werent glued, or just feel off the roof, causing the liner to rattle and make noise over bumps....

so if any of you all hear some noises like that coming freom the roof, more then likely it will be this... so have it checked, it only took a few hours...it was even ready before i got out of work.

El Rey....

If you were able to see were some of the Velcro strips were located, periodically put a little pressure, in that area, with your hand and wiggle it around. Velcro sticks MUCH MUCH better if it is "wiggled" instead of just putting the 2 pieces together and applying pressure.

Helped with an experiment, one time, trying to put a whole car together with Velcro. Bought ALL the Velcro that was available in 3 or 4 states.

Oh, I did have a slight problem with mine also. But, it was fixed when I took it in for a sun roof "clunking" problem.

thats whaty i had done, only the ones that are stuck on the top had fallen off, or they told me they did...so no matter how much i tried to attatch them back, theyd come off either way
