Hope someone can tell me what's causing the noise. The front-end of my car is loud going down the road. I thought it mite be a front wheel bearing. I removed the front wheels but the bearings are fine. I started the car and put it in gear and there is loud raddeling noise on the drivers side of the transmission by the shift.

Have you tried having somebody sit in the car foot on brake while you feel for vibration, especially the air cleaner?
Is it only when rolling?
I am guessing either a cracked flex pipe or a broken air box bracket.
To check the hubs: jack the wheel up and pus/pull on the wheel, if you can feel any end play the hub is bad.

 

Then again it could be LCA rear bushings.

 

Noise while not moving? Maybe record it for us.

 

Find a good mechanic shop.

 

Damaged upper or rear transmission mount.
