When it overheats, check to see if fan is running. Fan module have been known to fail. Could also be low on coolant or bad thermostat.

check the module, even during regular driving you should hear the fan running up to 3-5 minutes after shutting the car off, that being said...

More power from a bigger turbo = more heat. after tune I myself saw a 3-5 degree increase in temp. the car never ran above 199 until being tuned, now the normal for me is 203-205, and after a few runs at the track 209-212

hey how about posting pics of all those toys from ZZP too

weird, never experienced this on either one of my SS wit GMTU. But then ur car is a GMTU FREAK that runs high 8's in the 1/8. Ur gm tune seems to b different than most. Maybe an '08 auto thing?

These cars are weird, some do and some don't, and I'm still running crimps too. Also if I remember correctly Chevymgr when checking build dates, said my vin said my car was built the day I bought it and not bought till a month later, maybe I got a weird one. Or a GM special who knows.

I can look at dealer invoice, opps no price shown since it was fixed under a good will warranty.

Part number: 25845280 module, 15940324 fan assembly.
Hope this helps.
