Then good chance the sensor is bad.

Be sure to check for air leaks between the MAF and the throttle body. Sometimes it cracks where the PCV tube goes in.

Yes, the Map Sensor was bad. I hooked up the new one and immediately no tracton/esc light. Erased the check code with no problem.

The one that came off of it was a AcDelco Mexico (Could be Herko). The one I bought was Herko/AcDelco Germany. Should I be worried?

As far as I know Herko is a wholesaler, not a manufacturer.
