P0171

I have been driving my 07 hhr for a little over a year now. I was on my way back from a 200mi drive when the traction control light came on. Got home, warned the wife about it because its really her car. The following day it threw the p0171 code. Running lean bank 1. Now its hard to get started. Once it's going, it sounds normal. Not louder than normal, not running bad, doesnt really sound like it's missing. So i cleaned the maf and that diddnt change it. I also tried to search for intake leaks with a small bottle of propane and a hose, hoping when the intake leak sucked the propane in, i would hear a slight rev in the engine, that had no luck either. So, where should i go from here? Please help..

Got the evap pulled off and tried to blow ait through it. No air went through so that ones not stuck open. Am i running out of options as far as it being an air problem and time to start thinking fuel system?

Did you check the one at the canister to make sure it closes?

The one at the canister is the Vent Valve. If it is stuck open it will also make the engine lean when the purge valve is enabled.

Is the white plastic peice by the canister under the car the vent valve? If so, do i just disconnect the 2 lines going to it and try to blow through it to make sure its not stuck open?
