Is it ok to buy an aftermarket one or should I get an OEM?

We get a discount from RockAuto, and I recommend AC Delco, why? Because I’ve used a off shore cheaper pump and had to replace it 4 months later.
You get what you pay for, and twice the work!

Yes that's what I was thinking. I will get OEM. I just hope that's gonna be it. I'm gonna have all new parts by the time I figure this out.

Is it worth it maybe to get a fuel pump from pick a part at all? Just wondering. The car is a spare and really only drive it around town to get groceries and stuff. It been the perfect car for me to learn how to do all of the things I have been able to do on it. Makes me feel so good to repair something on my own. And then to be able to do these things on my work trucks and my wife's car.

I don’t recommend a used fuel pump, could be dead when you get it, no way to test at the parts yard
