Passagers Door won't open

Hi, I'm having trouble with the passager door. It will not open from the outside or inside.. It won't unlock.. HELP!!!!!

May seem dumb but does that mean you can't even pull up on the manual door lock knob!

Sounds like a linkage rod or something along those lines came off.

Ditto on the what about the inside lock pull knob.
If you have keyless entry(think all of em have it . right?) does the lock knob go up/down when you try it?

I work for a car rental place and just had this happen to a dodge ram. It wouldnt open inside or out and playing with the lock mechanism would work so we had to take it to a body shop.
