Passenger door lock malfunction

My Passenger door lock has started to act up. The knob comes up but the door doesnt fully unlock. Using the switch doesnt unlock it either. Anyone else experience this ? Possibly a lubrication issue? Thanks for any suggestions.

My dealer detemined it was the lock mechanism inside the door. Replaced under warranty and all is well now.

Going to have to take mine in for this. Driver's door on mine, does it mostly when the temp gets below 40.

There was someones input about the locking knobs being too tight at certain temps.. He fixed it by unscrewing the lock knob(grip) & opening the hole in the door panel a pinch..
Removing the friction..
