Good thing I'm a procrastinator because I haven't applied the silicone yet. I'll re-check those points this afternoon but looks like more rain today LOL
And... I didn't notice any wetness on the drivers' side, just passenger side. I'll have to look and compare both sides. Mostly in back-seat floor board and water has traveled all the way up to the passenger side front floor board.

Ok, so if I don't have a sunroof could it be that one of the drain tubes in the rear came disconnected under the headliner?

No sunroof, no rear drain tubes, or front drain tubes.

Going to attempt clear silicone under this piece, it’s really loose & maybe in the red tab. Also there are loose clips along the door as well that I will silicone.

Just silicone any holes in the metal part of the body.

Could it be the cowl under the wipers even though my cabin air filter is dry?

UPDATE:

UPDATE: Last week, I applied clear silicone under this little black flap and in the top hole where the red tab goes & couple other tab holes along the side. Before I did this, the leak was ginormous! Front and rear floorboard completely soaked. Now: it’s been raining 4 days straight - we actually got just under 6” of rain in 2 days - interior is completely dry! Big thanks to this site and all who contributed on this thread. Now I just have to get rid of that ‘wet sock in a musky locker room’ smell LOL
Oh, and now that the leak is fixed, I’ve got a big-time mod coming soon.
