power steering, traction control, car dies in D
power steering, traction control, car dies in D
This morning I did the remote start on my car, and when I went down a few minutes later the car was off. I figured it must not have took even though I saw the lights flash. When I got in and started it again the car showed 3 lines where the temperature normally is, then displayed "POWER STEERING" and the traction control off light was on as well. I figured I would drive to the dealership. When I put it in drive the car immediately dies. I tried getting it to go multiple times, but no luck at all. I tried to see if there is a power steering reservoir, but no luck. It's a 2006 LT2 with 53,000 miles on it, and about 3,000 left on the GM certified used warranty.
So, any ideas?

It has been towed to the dealer and I am in a loaner car, another HHR, but this one doesn't have all the stuff mine has.
Mine would go into reverse no problem, but in drive it would die immediately. When I backed it out of my parking spot the display changed from POWER STEERING back to the miles on the car, but the traction control light stayed on and the check engine light came on. I only had it on for less than a minute so I could get it positioned for the wrecker. Now warranty is taking care of it, so no worries on my part, though I wonder what caused it.
