2010, ~110,500 miles, SE Michigan weather

Issues with rear power windows not going down/up, or very rarely doing so, from the drivers controls. The rear windows function perfectly fine from the rear controls. This started in the summer of 2017.

Thoughts?

 

The problem is at the master controller, on the driver door.

Thank you!! $25 replacement part! I'd rather change that than my frickin' headlight bulbs (what a pain in the ass!)

 

Headlights are easy peasy, just a retaining screw and two push pins.

 

I watched a guy change the headlights on a Citroen DS on TV. He literally had to remove the "wing" (we call it a fender) and the wiring harness and the mechanical high beams and corner following mechanisms. The he jus unplugged it, simple!
