Angry Problems with my Rear Defrost still!!

Well today i go out to my car at work after it had been running for about 5min on remote start. Well i notice the back window is fogged up and it smelled like electrical fire in my car and the rear defrost had been running because it auto kicks on when its cold, I get out and check the fuse its fine and plugged in firmly. So i go out to the tailgate and notice, right where the metal like connector thing attaches to the grid is loose and sparking and smoking a little bit. It must have been coming loose for some time cause it black where it had been arching. I took this in a few months ago for only a few grids working and they claimed nothing was wrong and they all worked, which they did when i picked it up. the thing is this is before my warranty was up, I asked the Mgr what happens if this problem comes back when i no longer have warranty he said the work they do is covered under warranty for 1 year. So does that mean they will fix this since i had it in jus a few months ago and now the problem is back?

I think they will. He said he would so he should.

You may need a new liftgate glass now though.
