I have a 2007 HHR LS I just installed a new radio. Now my window wiper, speedometer, dash lights, interior lights, and my power steering does not work. Does anyone know how to fix this problem.

I really like HRR. Things were all fine until now.

With all those problems, sounds like you shorted out some stuff. Get out the multi-meter or test light and start by checking the fuses and relays.

Fwiw. Did you have the battery disconnected while doing the install?
If not, you should have.

 

X2 something shorted, take your time and go back over your work.

What do you mean by "new radio"? You can't just take the old one out and throw a new one in, there are security safeguards, the radio is tied into the computer.
