You didn't have a child seat did you? Look at this scenario--- Dad fixes car, car gets hit, because there is no air-bags-you get hurt, does the person who hit you have to pay for your injuries? not when the insurance company finds out that the govt. req. saftey equipment was not-there, or disabled.

 

You could always smack the other side to make it look the same,
Kind of a bad ass look.

 

If I had ever had kids I wouldn't send them out on the streets in a poorly repaired car like this.... I hope your sister is safe, the car certainly isn't.

I think everyone is looking at this the wrong way. You're worrying about the safety of the vehicle when there should be much more concern with the safety of everyone else on the planet when she is driving. Someone who hits something with the front of a vehicle in a parking lot shouldn't be operating anything with a motor.
