Replacement Parts

Hello everyone, I'm interested to know if there is a good place online to order replacement parts. I'm needing a new driver's side sun visor and I'm not sure who has the best deal. Thanks for any information.

You might try gmpartsdirect.com for an OEM visor. A scrap yard could also be a good place to try.

I agree with 08LaRam about the gmpartsdirect.com or your local Chevrolet dealership's parts department should be able to assist you with this.

Please, keep in mind genuine GM parts should come with a 12 month warranty.

Thanks, I will be ordering one pretty soon. I'm tired of it drooping down in my line of site.

Yeah its annoying, I had a Malibu years ago that suffered from DVS(Droopy Visor Syndrome) in the worst way, one night it drooped at the wrong time and ended up being jettisoned on I-40.

As Rod Run has suggested, I would check Gene at GMPARTSHOUSE.COM also.

I find his prices competitive, ESPECIALLY WHEN ADDING IN THE COST OF SHIPPING (usually totals out cheaper). GMPARTS DIRECT seems to "smack" you pretty hard for shipping/handling.

Additionally, I've been doing quite a bit of work with ROCKAUTO.COM...although they MAY be limited in the OEM parts they carry....you can only try. But in some instances, they beat the pricing and shipping of everyone else.
