Returning '06 HHR Owner

I have not been on this board in several years. I passed my HHR onto my son in 2009 and it's running as good as new with 80K miles on it. I still love the looks of it and get an opportunity to drive it only when I have to pay for maintenance like the $400 I spent for new tires. I hope others have had the same success with their HHRs.

I do need some more information on that recall. I had the issue with the key stuck in the ignition and Chevy replaced whatever part under the warranty. If anyone gets additional information on whether that fixed the problem, please let everyone know. Many people had that problem on the early HHRs. The total number of HHRs to be recalled may be much lower.

Thanks!

Thanks but that doesn't really tell if the two issues are related. I just wait until the recall notice is received then discuss it with the dealer.

Thanks!

It won't fix the potential problem that was caused by the shifter issues. Otherwise yes.
