I did run out of gas and then kill the battery. But the car now has gas and a charged battery and still won't start. The engine does not turn over. Lights, radio, etc. turn on when I initially turn the key, but when I turn it it further to start the engine, everything clicks off and is quiet. When I release the key, radio, lights come back on.

I would look for a loose battery cable at battery or were the battery cable comes to the fuse block. its the one NOT the red one in the front but the one beck near the firewall. Also on the pos. battery cable at the Bat. is a fuse holder it is just for the starter I think, Look at that.

A "NOTE" for next time if you run out of gas. Don't try to turn the eng. over just turn the key to run let the fuel pump run for about 2-3sec. turn key off wait just a little then turn key to run again do this 4-5 times and it will prime the fuel system with out running the battery down.
