Steering wheel has not been removed but, is just s little off center.

 

#14, will it through a code for that sensor or is it all connected to the ABS sensor?

 

Without the codes, nobody knows. If the steering wheel is off the steering torque sensor needs to be recalibated and the wheel needs to be centered.

Alright, ABS code is C0050.

 

C0050 is the right rear wheel speed sensor.

Would that have any effect on the front steering?

 

Since you don't have traction control (5-speed manual) and I don't think stability control was even offered in 2007, there doesn't seem to be any system that could be malfunctioning and causing the swerving back and forth.

I still think you have something loose somewhere or badly worn.

Did you check the strut bolts? Both at the top and at the bottom connections?

Back in the early nineties I had strut bolts loosen (after a dealer changed them out) on a car and it would shudder side-to side above a certain speed.
