If the ball joint is worn out the rear bushings could also be toast!

Agreed. Replace the Control arm as a whole with all new bushings, the correct aluminum unit of course. Your mechanic will most likely, unless they are super honest, overcharge you incredibly for this job. Depending on where you live, dont be surprised if they have trouble with the rear LCA bushing bolt, especially if that bushing is .

Just one lower ball joint from NAPA. The old one was just barely worn so I got it changed just to keep on top of things, besides, with the rack being replaced I wanted to get an alignment job. The first time I have had it done and I have had the car since new. There was never any indication of it going out of alignment, so with parts replacement it was a good time to have it checked.

No joke since I realized my tires were low on air "each was around 25-26 PSI) I pumped them up to 35 PSI each and HOLY HELL the car is actually a ton smoother going down the road. Maybe placebo, maybe not, but I feel like it is!

What does the placard say on the door jamb? Mine says 32 PSI. A very comfortable ride.
