And make sure you DO NOT use Throttle Body cleaner on the MAF, you must use MAF specific cleaner!

So, clean them again! If done correctly it can't hurt!

in the OP he describes an intermittent electrical issue that sounds a lot like a burned relay. Swap relays and try it again. After ten years these things wear out.

Once it cleared up, it ran fine. Battery is about a year old. Did not start it this morning, drove truck in this time. There are no engine codes at this time either.
Try turning the key to on for 7 seconds. Shut it off. Then try to start it. The fuel pump runs for a set time with the key in the on position and continues to run when the engine oil pressure rises. If it starts with this method you might have an injector leaking or a rusted fuel line. A leaking injector will cause it to run rich so it could cause both problems.

Don06: during some cold days, turning the key on for 7 seconds seemed to work.

Fuel pump or EVAP purge valve (the one under the hood). The fuel pump needs to checked for PSI and leakdown. The EVAP purge valve can be checked by disconnecting the tubes to it and the connector and blowing into it; closed good, open bad.
