06 HHR sunroof bracket drivers side went snap this week May 28 2012, one more nightmare to fix, along with, passenger side water leak under glove box, 3 driver door inner handles (plastic of course), another sad joke played on HHR owners! Expensive fix, just remove it, replace with cheap stick on plastic dam. Thank you GM for another low quality part, designed to fail.

As for the inner chrome door handles, they are fragile if used to close the doors, if you just use them to open the doors as designed....they're usually pretty trouble free.

Dorman Products makes a nice kit to replace the interior handles, info is included in this link, much cheaper than using the GM part.
