Tailights

Hey guys. So I got pulled over while driving at night due to my tailights not working. I have a 2010 chevy hhr and everything else is fine (brake lights, signals). I replaced bulbs and it's still the same. Please help!!!

Might be something wrong with the light sensor on the dash. This would cause you to be operating with only the daytime running lights(DRL).

That would be the next step, that and ground wires or burnt bulb sockets.

Turning the headlights to "on" instead of having them set to "auto" would see if they actually do work...
