hi, somebody knows how difficult is to change the throttle actuator control and where can I buy it cheaper?

Welcome and Greetings! You could maybe get that part used or from a salvage yard, but considering the duty cycles it sees I'd only use a new part. Try gmpartsdirect.com as they have the OEM parts at prices much better than you'll find at the dealer.
