Timing chain problem

I replaced the timing chain and I moved the rear camshaft while tightening the sprocket. I'm off by half a link. Didn't think it would make much of a difference, but guess it does. The car went into limp mode. How do I get everything lined up properly again?

There are no half links in the chain. Take it apart and set it up correctly.

Unfortunately you have to do as Greg says. Start over again.

I understand that I have to start m but how do I get the camshaft that moved adjusted and in the right spot?
If I turn the sprocket to get the cylinder top dead center, won't the camshaft that moved still be out of place?

Take the chain off, then realign the links. Start from step #A
The cams don't move unless either you move them or the chain moves them.

Careful turning the crankshaft with the chain in place , you might bend a valve. Read thru this link.
