Timing Component Questions (cam gear bolts? 90537451 vs 11588844?)

I have like 98% of the parts I need to have my timing/balance components replaced... I have a couple questions before I order the last bits and give the car to my mechanic.

I have a 2006 2.2. As I understand it, mine is the odd man out for some applications, but i'm not 100% certain on exactly what.
There seems to be conflicting information regarding what bolt I need for the camshaft sprockets
- Some places say I need GM P/N 90537451
- Some places say I need GM P/N 11588844

If I search on rock auto for my specific vehicle by year, it has TWO categories; "camshaft bolt" and "timing camshaft gear bolt," are they not one in the same?

Further to that, if I search either of those two GM part numbers, I can find multiple different diagrams for the 2.0, 2.2, and 2.4 engines, and see that they both are indeed camshaft gear bolts... but it still doesn't clarify anything else

there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason for which one is appropriate other than the little footnote on the 90537451 line entry
Code:
BOLT,CM/SHF SPKT. Required: 02
For: J 2.2-F/D(L61) (2000-2004) (2000 - 2004).
For: L 2.2-F/D(L61) (2002-2007) (2002 - 2007).
MAYBE that means the early 2.2L engines in the HHR use the 90537451 and the later ones use 11588844? Has one maybe superseded the other?

To add further confusion, I've found other diagrams that only picture the front cam gear, and omit the exhaust gear entirely despite showing the curvature of the timing chain clearly traversing another gear somewhere (I also have a printout from a Chevy dealer for my exact VIN with the same diagram for L61/2.2D that omits the gear. Unfortunately I didn't get a parts list to correspond with it)

In hindsight, perhaps I should have just gotten the Cloyes 94201S timing kit instead of the ACdelco one, since the ACD one didn't come with sprockets or requisite bolts. I bought the sprockets separately (Cloyes, coincidentally) and discovered all the components in the ADC timing kit were branded with "Cloyes" anyway. Whoops.

Any thoughts? Through the course of making this post, I'm leaning toward the CLOYES 95496 {#90537451} bolts... What do you think?

PS: on all the different timing and balance gears I've purchased, some of the teeth seem have a slight sharp edge (almost like a burr but not very large?) from the machining process. Is that something that might cause unnecessary wear on the new chains? Should I try to file those sharp spots down ever so slightly?

From what I can tell, 90537451 is for non-VVT, which is the one you need. 11588844 is for VVT engines.

From wholesalegmpartsonline
Part Number: 90537451
BOLT,CM/SHF SPKT.

Part Number: 11588844
BOLT,CM/SHF POSN ACTR(M10X1.5X76, 19 THD).

Yep, L61 means 2.2L non-VVT, LE8 is 2.2L VVT E85, LE5 is 2.4L VVT, LE9 is 2.4L VVT E85.

Like I said, in hindsight I should have just gotten the Cloyes kit since ACD basically used Cloyes components anyway, but integral engine stuff is still foreign to me at the moment so I figured I'd err on the side of caution and try to go fully OEM as much as possible. Live & learn, but I've at least gotten the answer I needed for now

I'm grateful for the insight that people here have to offer, so definitely thanks once again.

Any input on maybe smoothing down those few sharp edges I noticed on some of the gear teeth? I'm probably worrying more than necessary, but the only thing being careful has ever cost me was time.
