Tire Pressure Sensor

My 2008 Panel needs the R/F tire pressure sensor replaced. That according to the tire shop that has done my tire work for 30+ years. Being an old school hot rod guy, I have never even seen one. So I go to the O'Reilly's page on them & this is what I get for a 2008 HHR;

I was told that they just screw onto the back of the valve stem. And commonly sell for $30-$40 but I am not seeing anything here that appears to be the answer. Anyone see what I am missing here? Or can anyone suggest a better option?

You might be smart to replace all 4 since the batteries have a 10 year life.

Depending on what wheels you have:

Sensor replaced. Now how do I reset the computer to get rid of the flashing tire on the instrument panel?

IF the "lock & unlock" does not work you will need a dealership to reflash the RCDLR.
