Transmission Box

I have a 2007 Chevy HHR 2.2l. I was driving when suddenly the car stopped. Now the car will not move when it is in Drive (D) but will move back when it is in Reverse (R)

Sounds like you need a transmission mechanic, most likely needs some new solenoids. Not a do it yourself job.

The Problem is that am in Africa and there are not good mechanics who really know inside out of American vehicles. The car has been with so call automatic transmission expert for two months and they are doing try and error. When the vehicle is above ground and its on Drive you will see the wheels running very fast but, has soon as it gets on the ground the drive does not work.

You have an internal transmission problem. Torque convertor, clutch discs, partial stripped spragg gear or faulty pump are all possibilities.
You're going to need that expert to pull and rebuild the transmission.

The 4T45E transmission is very popular worldwide in many 4 cylinder GM cars, like Opel, Holden, Vauxhall and a few Asian brands. You might find a used one.

I am not any kind of authority on transmissions, but the first thing to check would be the torque converter then the valves & solenoids.

They should be able to figure it out easily, it is not an "American" transaxle. Automatics are pretty much the same anywhere.

This same issue happened to me just last fall. There is a tube assembly within the transmission pan and one of the tubes has become broken at an end. The pan must be dropped, the tube assembly must be removed and welded (instead of being brazed), and all must be reassembled with new transmission fluid. I changed the transmission fluid filter at the same time. Hope this helps.

White? From your transmission, would indicate a contaminant has gotten into your transmission, possibly from a ruptured fluid line for the transmission fluid inside the radiator

If you mean in the bottle; I have never seen white ATF of any kind. If you mean the color of the bottle; as long as it says Dexron VI.
