I have heard "done already" many times. Did you loosen all 4 then retighten past "afraid they will strip"?
Would you expect a Chevy dealership to work on a 1967 Impala? The mechanics at dealerships only know how to replace parts. Personally, I would not go to a dealer unless it was for recall work.

 

I haven’t gone to a dealership since 1968 , ok, just to go to work or buy a new car!
