Veh trailered, won't turn over now
The rods and all are all bent up inside. By low clearance I mean its not forgiving if its out of time. There is no clearance to allow for an issue.
I dont see how trailering it could have done it, but all I know is it drove fine when I drove it up on the trailer and I had driven it around for a couple of days after changing the radiator with no issues. The only reason I trailered it was I had two vehicles at work. I trailered it home about 65 miles and when I got there it was like this.

It’s called an interference engine.
So you pulled the oil pan off if you saw the bent rods. What other broken parts did you find in the pan ?
FYI. To bend the rods is very doubtful. Pistons contact the valves. Valves bend. Sometimes you will have piston damage. Rods very rarely bend unless you had catastrophic engine failure.
