Vent Air
Vent Air
Hi all. Brand new and have read a lot about my problem. Nothing comes close that I can find. So here goes. A fuse broke an I found that in the HVAC system. There are a few items that control inside air.
My heater motor was pulling 33 amps and that is one reason the 30 amp fuse blew. I changed that with new. Then Found the Heater fan resistor was shot. Then found the connector to the heater fan resistor was broken. Then found the relay was bad. All brand new. Then I discovered how the Air door works, Then the Blend actuator. Then the mode Actuator. My car/truck is a 2011 hhr 2.2 lt .
After everything actuator doors. Work I watched them move . My problem is when the switch on any any position works fine but absolutely no air comes out the vents. I have run wire down the duct work.
I do not find any obstruction. New air filter I am at a loss I even thought that the wiring might be backwards on the fan motor so I reversed. Still no air out vents.
Any Ideas would really help. I have seen so great service manual photos. Where can I find such good copy

I moved this from the how-to tutorial forum, that forum is for when someone performs a repair or modification to an HHR, and documents it in order to help others.
Your post is very difficult to understand. Seems like several incomplete thoughts.
