I am guessing you are fishing for responses. You posted a new thread 3 months later and never acknowledged this one.

 

While mounts can accentuate the problem, obviously the vibration has to start in the engine/transmission. I have the 2.4 liter and it doesn't have much vibration.

Does the vibration change if you change the heater fan speed? Maybe something got in the fan and has it off balance.

 

Every few months mine starts to idle rough. I disconnect the air hose to the throttle body and wipe the throttle body out with a little carb cleaner. That smooths out the rough idle for me
