vibration

Replaced both wheel bearings month ago, new brakes and new caliper on drivers side. At about 50 I pick up a vibration on the front passenger side which gets fainter as I accelerate. Seems to be just when I am going straight. Had tires balanced and still there. Everything looks good in the front end but I am just at a loss at what to look at now. Trying to avoid taking it in but will if I have to.

Anyone have any ideas on what I should be looking at?

Check the other caliper, check inner and outer tierod ends
Does the HHR pull left or right on a straight road does the road have a significant crown?

how are the ball joints and LCA rear bushings?

It does have a slight pull to the right on the highway, nothing significant. Ball joints looked good but I'll look harder at them and the LCA bushings.

It was pulling a little more but when I took it in and got the wheels balanced my right front tire was low so I wrote the pulling off to that. Also had some more wear on the inside edge of that tire, but attributed that to the low tire to, but that may not be the case.

Inside edge points towards the alignment! Only alignment adjustments are the toe .

If your tires aren’t directional then swap left to right front tires.

Wear on the inside on 1 tire comes from bad bearing. Easy to check; jack the corner up push/pull on the tire , if you can feel motion (Other than the sidewall) the bearing is bad. While you have it jacked up check the ball joints by putting something like a crowbar under the tire with a bit of 2X4 for a fulcrum then push down on the free end of the bar, any perceived motion is bad. Check the LCA bushings by trying to roll the front tires while they are on the ground, if the wheel rolls and the body does not move the bushing is bad.
I have had bad bearings out of the box.

The outer tie rods look pretty worn especially on the right side, gonna replace both and then get alignment.

Tie rod bushings? As in tie rod ends that attach to the steering knuckles and the inner tie rod of the steering rack?
