I had this issue last winter, dealer noted the issue said will look after it if gets worst , now at 116,000 miles they said sorry its out of warrenty and that GM will not honor the claim, I stated that he was to have noted the issue with GM and gave me the impression they would fix the car even if out of warrenty by mileage but not the 5 years, then the service manager stated he would get me a discount for the part $307.00 CDN but not on the labor, well thats a fine how do you do, I will be searching for the part on E-Bay , or local pick a part BTW mine is also a 2007 LS
