Well I "did a dumb"....
We have annoyed Canada and they are exacting their revenge for poking fun at those round pieces of ham they call bacon.
Perhaps an international peace gesture like buying the entire country coffee and baked goodies from Tim Hortons would appease them.

As an update, the bottles/reservoirs came yesterday via UPS, now I just have to install them and see if the pumps survived, if they did...yay. If they didn't, oh well, time to order up new ones.

Well I wasn't "lucky" enough to just crack the washer fluid reservoirs, as Don suspected, all three pumps are cracked too.
So if you do something dumb like I did, the part number for the windshield washer fluid pump is (GM pn 10355743). It fits all model years with a dealer list price of $66.24ea.
Fortunately, I do have a spare "good" pump from the piles of parts that will eventually take the form of my now disassembled '07 Panel.
