How about some details like year, model and which engine in your HHR.
And why did you replace all those parts ? Was it running before you replaced them ?
And by “will not start “: do you mean the engine turns over and does not start ? Or it does not turn over at all ?

A lot of parts replaced some need to have a scan tool to relearn them. Battery voltage is important , re check your work, perhaps you missed a connection or ground wire, tighten those 4 bolts in the fuse box

The only one that needs relearn is the crankshaft. None of them would cause a no start. May have mucked the throttle body. May have not connected the battery good enough.

Check your work, make sure all electrical connectors have been reconnected. If still no change, start reinstalling the old parts one at a time. Some new part may have been bad.

You need to be able to describe your situation better. Do we know if this even cranks? Where are we at?

Were all of those parts replaced due to a P0016 or P0017? If so the reason it won't start is the timing chain.

What does "it was everything started going out " mean?

What behavior exactly led to you replacing those parts? If did you buy any chance scan for codes?

PSA - When changing plugs , just run a compression test. It adds very little work and time.
