I bet your timing chain broke but you won't clarify anything. The best advice is to help us help you by answering questions in some sort of coherent way.

I'm sorry for not answering I am very busy on I have a detailing service I do so I get sidetracked sometimes the car I was told that has something to do with the fuel pressure I'm checking it out today and plus I'm getting a better scan or so I can let's see what happens from there I'm going if this doesn't work I'm going to take the timing chain I just didn't want to have to take the valve cover off start on that project cuz I've done so much money in this car so I believe me dry so I appreciate your feedback and I'll look right into that if it mind process doesn't work today thank you
OK, so you had no reason to replace those parts, just decided to do it? None of the parts cited are wear parts, except the spark plugs. You wasted time and money if you preemptively replaced them.
If you are throwing parts at the car without troubleshooting you are just throwing money away.
And, don't believe anything you read on Reddit or Facebook.

Cam problems
I have a le5 2.4 l engine it's in a 2010 Chevy HHR Lt with the automatic transmission when I was changing the timing sprockets on the intake cam it's spun because it was too tight I can't get it back to where it was Aton the cam what am I doing wrong or how do I go about the getting it back to where it was supposed to be I need a response quick cuz I'm trying to put it back together and I don't want it to be wrong when I go back to putting it back in the car any response would be good
