I bought a motor, but haven't had time to install it. Then again, I haven't the NEED to install it. The wipers have been working just fine since the day after I replaced the switch stalk.

Auto computers drive me crazy.

I would check all of the fuses and relays under the hood first.....some get loose.

So it was probably a fuse or relay that re-seated itself, and I didn't need the switch after all?

Plausible but you must have pushed in the relays or fuses.

I haven't touched the fuses or relays since BEFORE changing out the stalk.

May I say again how much I hate auto computers?
