Wippers go on all the time

Wippers go on all the time
My FOB remote stopped working and a few days later my wippers and winshield fluid motor go on all the time by itself when i drive!!!! The windshield washer fluid motor goes on even when the ignition key is not in !!!!!
Anyone experienced this?

Probably unrelated to the fob. I would be looking at the wiper switch.

Check relay #39 and #52 on the Underhood fuse box. There is also a relay #70 and diode #58.
Fuse #23 on the BCM controls the RCDLR.
I know of no connection between the RCDLR and the wiper/washer, beside the BCM logic.
