My best 60' 2.23, Drag Radicals 24psi, I slipped the Clutch on the line but when the Turbo starts spooling the tires break loose not as bad as the stock tires but they spin.

Wow, try feathering the throttle... A page back I posted 2.1 60' on street tires. Those DR should have been good for a 1.9 or better. Try launching around 2k,, and don't go wide open until securely in second. My buddy Jason, his Balt is wicked hard to get traction, he usually doesn't hit wot until third, still turns low nines..

Also, yeah, car becomes big pig, when the tires grab before.your in the power band. Mine will occasionally bite, then hold the **** on, as it tries to rip the.steering wheel out of your hands. I think the exhaust helps with this, if you look at the ss vs. mustang video, I just gunned it, spin, spin, spin. Does yours do this? But then look what it does when going into second, it jumps forward and left. I almost crossed the centerline. Real bad 60' 2.5.

2005 I am familar with boost loading, and our cars, are pigs at 3700rpm and ten psi, at least mine is. Best results so far is in the 2k range with little to no boost. The five speeds also can do this, just one more pedal to play with.

Ss panel I don't see a tune in your sig. Those are good times for stock. I think I assumed a tune.

I think he means tire psi.lol you should got lower and are you tuned? You should do lower boost by gear the only way to get traction.

I agree, with my heavy right foot Traction for me is in the Tune, I'd like to use my SS as a back-up to my Truck so consistency is key, I have the HP Tuner but still in the learning process.

this is mine from a few weeks back against a RX8. I'm car 32 with obvious traction issues..2.68 60'. I had a 2.60 in a previous run and was the best of the night...I cant launch for crap. I may let my auto tranny shift to second and run that most of the way?

Turn the esc off and roast em! Also put the tranny in L. After you launch the trannny will automatically shift to second, and when it does put the shifter in 2nd and then directly back into L to ride out 2nd until u manually shift out of L. if you can get her to hook up then you should b in the 9.5 - 9.8 sec area.
