If you switch the canadian model into mph, will the speedo go up to 200? Hmm, maybe I should try it. Gotta find a big arse hill though

How the hell do you justify going that fast on a public road?

Just my 2 cents:

European model = same as US = limited speed
Has to do with the speed the tires have been tested on

Mine stopped at exactly 180km/h which would make 111.85 Mph

There was room for more but it just stopped so there is a showstopper of a speedlimiter installed. I'm hoping to get a update somehow somewhere to get that limiter to stop bothering me.

(I'm on a Automatic Transmission.)

All you have to do is shift into "I" drive. It turns off the limiter.

shifting in I mode removes the speed limiter in some 2.2 06-08 automatics, mine went 116 and didnt have much left the 2.2s lack torque, with air raid and modded exhaust, light weight wheels, and braille 11 lb battery,, without any mods mine use to struggle to get to 112,some people say later 08s GM has changed that little trick, now they go only to 112, i dont know about the 2.4s ? BUT, the SS models will do 140+ un governed ,but wall of wind resistance, makes you run out of road

I got some bad news 'bout turning off the limiter by switching to 'I'.

It doesn't work on the 2.4 '08 model I got. Still stuck on 180km/h = 111.85 Mph

Got mine up to 110 with PLENTY left. I backed off 'cause that was the fastest I've gone (so far ). Big difference from my 4x4 rolling brick .
