Your favourite stretch of road

This isn't racing per se.... but I'd like to see what kind of road people have fun driving (fast, slow, twisty, straight.... whatever).

Just link it from Google street view. You will see "print", "send" and "link" icons in the top right of the picture. Click the "link" icon and copy it in to your post).

Here is my favourite road on Vancouver Island... It was a gravel logging road which was paved about 2 years ago. It is absolutely a blast to drive.... twisty little coastal road with a near zero chance of po-po. It is all forested, no towns or villages on the way and very little traffic, especially early morning on weekends. It goes on for about 50km!!! Absolutely beautiful.

The straight stretch

Here comes a twisty bit!!

Wondeful series of 'S' bends

Scenic too!!

End up in the beautiful village of Port Renfrew on Port San Juan. Entrance to the West Coast Trail and Juan de Fuca Trail

Let's see your favourite stretch of asphalt!!

Locally, it's Greentree Road. Up's, down's, twisties and the speed limit is 55 (I think). The map makes it look much straighter than it really is

Also, RT 8 in NKY

US 129, especially in the "off season", that's when you have The Dragon to yourself.
