in the galley section make an events area... each event organiser gets a gallery for their event.,.. open photo submissions ans the event organiser has the privlage to veto pics in that gallery... so doubbles and unrelated pics arent there... seen it on other sites and thought it might help... p.s. still strongly considering an hhr
