New "tags" feature requires 10 letter words

Even for smart peeple like us, that's a lot of letters.

Error message reads--

"Some tags couldn't be added for the following reason(s): * You specified a tag that was too short. A tag must be at least 10 characters. Changes that did not cause errors have been applied."

Maybe 10 characters total? Otherwise to much time would be spent trying to come up with 10 letter words for what we want to say.

I thought this was odd too. I added a tag to someones thread as

Tag 1: black chrome grille
Tag 2: peeling

I had to change Tag 2 to show: grille peeling for it to accept it. Sometimes you just don't need 10 characters

Is anyone looking at a solution to this? As Chevy SS mentions, requiring 10 letter words isn't going to get much user participation on the tagging front.
