Brembo rotor recommendations

Its almost time for new pads and rotors!
So I've done a good amount of reading about certain pad types and what I've gathered is not to skimp on pads. I've made up my mind as far as those go but on to the next issue - rotors.
Now as far as rotors goes, are there certain ones to stay away from or are all rotors pretty decent? The brembo ones get pretty costly and I know everyone wants to get the most out of their money. I understand drilled/slotted rotors are going to cost more and are mostly cosmetic at best.
Also, how good of an idea is it to resurface rotors that have about 37,000 miles on them?
Any 'bang for your buck' ideas?

If this post seems close to another thread, a link would be greatly appreciated but I could not find any straight answers to my questions.
Thanks in advance for any help!

I just changed mine a few thousand ago for the first time at 72,000 miles. I went with EBC red and Napa rotors. So far very pleased.

Just saw the above rotor is on sale at Amazon for $27-great deal.
