Down Dragon 129 too.
What a ride! I'll be back.
I heard that there was a rockslide on 129 on the Tennessee side.
Is it somewhere near the Tail Of The Dragon?

Yeah, there have been a few small rock-slides, mostly from freezing over the winter. I have noticed that they have been applying chain-link to the rock-faces.

Also drilling into the rock (reported) 30 ft & adding bolts too, to try & prevent further rock slides..

Drove down to Chimenys yeaterday for some hiking and off pathing the river back down, and then a little side-track down to the Dragon. Saw a bunch of really nice cars and bikes, and even though the dragon is king, all the roads through there make for excellent drives! We're gonna hit it again this weekend (officially re-opens July 1st), any members out and about just look for the tramp stamp on the back and give a shout!

If I can remember to buy batteries, i'll try some dashboard video. I imangine it will not be too much fun, but one hell of a 2-way parade
